Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During high-volume periods (festive season/sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We offer reliable and fast shipping across India.
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
• Shipping partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, etc.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.
• Delivery time: 7–21 business days
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination & weight.
Please note:
• Customs duties, taxes, and fees are included in the final price only.
• Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your order on the respective courier’s website.
If tracking isn’t active immediately, please allow 12–24 hours for the courier to update the scans.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, or if the customer is unavailable during delivery:
• The order may be returned to us
• Re-shipping charges will apply
• Refund/return in such cases is NOT eligible
Please double-check your address before placing the order.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Weather conditions
• Festivals/public holidays
• Courier delays
• Customs checks (international orders)
If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier.
Replacement/refund will be provided only if confirmed lost by the courier company.
Order Not Received But Marked Delivered
If the order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
1. Check with security, neighbours, reception, guard room, etc.
2. Verify address & contact details.
3. Contact us within 48 hours of the “Delivered” status.
We will coordinate with the courier, but resolution depends on courier investigation.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged:
• Take clear unboxing videos & photos
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
We will review it and offer a replacement if applicable.
Packaging
All orders are packed securely with:
• Protective bubble wrap
• Waterproof/compression-proof packaging
• Tamper-proof courier bags/boxes
